Q: I want to store my stuff. How does Urban Squirrel work?

A: Browse through the available spaces in your local area then request a booking. Once your booing has been accepting you can message the host directly on the platform and arrange access to the space.

Q: Will my stuff be safe?

A: Absolutely! We take the safety and security of your prized possessions seriously. The identity of each space host on Urban Squirrel is verified. We also offer a damage guarantee of up to £2000 in the unlikely event anything happens to your stuff or your property. Check out the terms of this in clause 7 of our Terms of Use. Lastly, we encourage our community of users to provide honest feedback and reviews, so you can make informed decisions and choose the space host that fits you best.

Q. I have spare space. How does Urban Squirrel work?

A: Click on any "List Your Space For Free!", upload your space, and manage your availability. Once live, you can review booking requests and accept those that work for you. Payment from storers to you is all handled through the platform. Urban Squirrel does not charge for this listing service. It's all upside cash for you! Q. What will be stored on my property?

A. That depends on what the storer wants to store! Security is really important, and stuff that is stored should be left undisturbed. However, a storer is strictly not allowed to stored any Banned Items

Q. Can I message with the person I've made a booking with?

A: Yes! You can message each other through the Urban Squirrel platform to arrange for drop off or pick up times, or any other queries you may have!

A: Don't you worry, human intervention is available when needed! In the unlikely event of a dispute or issue, Urban Squirrel provides a dedicated dispute resolution service.
